How do I get an estimate?
Start with the estimate form and provide as much detail as possible about your project, including the service required, location, timing and current condition of the space. TMDO will review the information and follow up with next steps.
How much will my renovation cost?
TMDO does not use a fixed price list because cost depends on scope, materials, access, existing conditions and finish selections. A customized estimate is provided after the project details are reviewed and, when required, the site is inspected.
Can I send photos of the space?
Yes. Photos, measurements, inspiration images and drawings can all help clarify the scope. The site can be expanded later to support direct photo uploads in the estimate form.
Do you work outside Edmonton?
Yes. TMDO serves Edmonton, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and nearby communities.
Are you insured?
Yes. TMDO Renovation Ltd. is fully insured with $5 million in liability coverage.
Do you have WCB coverage?
Yes. TMDO has active WCB coverage.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
TMDO works on basement development, framing, insulation, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, bathroom renovations, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, interior doors and renovation/rebuild scopes.
How long will my project take?
Timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project, material availability, inspections where applicable, and existing site conditions. The expected schedule is discussed as part of the estimate and planning stage.
Do I need to know all my material selections before contacting you?
No. It is helpful to know the general finish level and style you want, but detailed selections can be clarified as the scope develops.
Can you handle several renovation stages together?
Yes. TMDO can combine related scopes such as framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, painting, trim, doors and cabinets as part of a coordinated renovation or rebuild project.
